Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter 'Terms') set forth the conditions for the use of Palmpoko Magic (hereinafter 'the Service') provided by Palmpoko Inc. (hereinafter 'the Company').

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service provides AI personality analysis reports based on palm images and date of birth. The Service is provided for entertainment and self-understanding purposes and does not constitute medical or psychological diagnosis.

Article 3 (Eligibility)

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above. If a minor wishes to use the Service, consent from a legal guardian is required.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

A fee is charged per use of the Service. Payments are processed through KOMOJU, and fees are displayed within the Service.

Article 5 (Cancellation and Refund)

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available after analysis results have been delivered. Cancellation is possible after payment but before analysis begins.

Article 6 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

• •Violating laws or public order
• •Interfering with service operations
• •Unauthorized access or reverse engineering
• •Unauthorized commercial use of analysis results

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the analysis results provided by the Service.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
