Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter 'Terms') set forth the conditions for the use of Palmpoko App (hereinafter 'the App') provided by Palmpoko Inc. (hereinafter 'the Company').

Article 2 (Service Description)

The App provides features such as conversations with an AI counselor and personality-based content delivery. The Service is provided for entertainment and self-understanding purposes and does not constitute medical or psychological diagnosis.

Article 3 (Account)

Users must register an account with accurate information. Account management is the user's responsibility and cannot be transferred to third parties.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

The App operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through in-app purchases, and Apple/Google payment policies apply.

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

• •Interfering with service operations
• •Unauthorized access or reverse engineering

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of the AI counselor's conversation content.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
